Sports Entertainment Company Lakraft entertainment founded with passion for digital entertainment and with a drive and mission to empower the youths through competitive video gaming have secured a license from Electronic Sports World Cup managed by Games Services S.A France. Having secured the license, Lakraft on Friday April 4th 2008 unveiled themselves to the media and the general public through a media lunch which took place at the Astro turf 2000 Osborne road ikoyi
The venue of the media lunched was filled with journalist of repute coming from both the broadcasting and print media gracing the occasion, and it was really an opportunity for Lakraft entertainment to tell the press their activities and how they hope to go about the ESWC 2008 Nigerian edition
The ESWC 2008 Nigeria project was also launched with objectives OF building and leading a new dimension in entertainment in Nigeria through video games/electronic games, delighting its gamers and spectators with magical moments which will results in a high comeback value for the company.
A lot of important dignitaries graced the media lunch i.e. Mr. Deji Omotoyinbo M.d Sportsvision who is the marketing consultant to Lakraft entertainment, Mr. Aremu Tajudeen of Fittcol Securities ,Mr. Aderoju M.d Astrosoccer Nigeria ltd.
In a related development Lakraft entertainment used the opportunity of the media lunch to advise parents to allow their wards to participate in the competition and also debunked speculations that the competition is meant for youths insisting that its meant for everyone.
